These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Trending Up s. r. o., ID: 56 383 771, Tax ID: 2122289125, with its registered office at Šarišský Štiavnik 13, 090 42 Šarišský Štiavnik, Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Trending Up”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”), who enters into a purchase agreement via the online store ivanzo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions are binding for all customers purchasing from our Online Store. By entering into a purchase agreement, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1.2. We are registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic, maintained by the District Court of Prešov, Section Sro, Insert Number: 48226/P.

2. Delivery Terms
2.1. Delivery Options
During the order process, you can choose from the following delivery methods (availability depends on the dimensions and weight of the package):
- Packeta – Pickup Point and Z-BOX – free of charge
- Packeta – Home Delivery – €2.50
- DPD Courier – Home Delivery – free of charge
2.2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page for each product and is usually between 1 to 3 business days.
2.3. Tracking Shipments
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment online.
2.4. Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for delivery transfers to you upon receipt of the product. If the package is damaged upon delivery, a damage report must be created with the courier, and we must be contacted as soon as possible.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

- Cash on Delivery – €1.30
3.2. Prices and VAT
All prices listed on our website are final and do not include VAT as we are not VAT payers.
4. Returns Policy
4.1. Return Method
- Returns are completely free of charge.
- We accept returns of all items without providing a reason (unused, slightly used, or defective items).
- You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your return.
- After submitting the return form, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
4.2. Return Process
- Fill out the online form.
- Pack the item and include the order number.
- Drop it off at a Packeta branch (find a branch).

5. Complaints Policy
5.1. The buyer has the right to complain about a product within a warranty period of 24 months. A complaint protocol required for filing a complaint will be emailed to you upon completing your order.
5.2. The complained product must be sent with proof of purchase to:

5.3. The seller must handle the complaint within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint is justified, the buyer is entitled to a replacement product, a refund of the purchase price, or a discount on the product price.
5.4. The statutory warranty does not apply to entrepreneurs who purchase the product for resale or use in business.
6. Liability for Product Damage During Transit
6.1. The seller is liable for damage to the product until the moment of receipt by the buyer.
6.2. The buyer must inspect the condition of the delivered product immediately upon receipt. Any damage to the packaging or product must be reported to the courier and recorded in a damage report.
6.3. If the buyer discovers product damage after unpacking, they must contact the seller immediately, no later than 2 days after delivery.
7. Protection Against Fraudulent Orders
7.1. The seller reserves the right to request order confirmation or prepayment in justified cases (e.g., suspected fraudulent orders).
7.2. If the buyer does not respond to a request for order confirmation, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The seller is not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, supplier unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
8.2. The seller is also not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product by the buyer.
9. Right to Amend the Order
9.1. The seller reserves the right to amend the buyer’s order if the product is unavailable. The buyer will be contacted via email or phone to arrange an alternative solution.
9.2. If a replacement or amendment is not possible, the seller will refund the buyer the full amount paid within 7 business days.
10. Data Protection
10.1. The seller processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection. The purposes and scope of data processing are detailed in the privacy policy available on the Online Store website.
10.2. The buyer’s personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., product delivery).

13. Final Provisions
13.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication on ivanzo.com.
13.2. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Online Store website.
13.3. The buyer must familiarize themselves with the current version of the Terms and Conditions before each purchase.
13.4. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with Slovak law and relevant EU legal regulations.
