How to Return a Product? (3 Easy Steps)

You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to fill out and submit the form.

2. Pack the Product

Securely pack the item.
Write your order number on the package.
You have 14 days from submitting the form to send the package.

3. Send It for Free

Drop off the package at any Packeta pickup point (find a branch).
Provide the code 92668947 to the staff.
Shipping is completely free for you.

Refund Process

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned product as follows:

Card Payment (including Apple Pay, Google Pay): Refunded to the card used for payment.
Bank Transfer: Refunded to the account used for payment.
Cash on Delivery: Refunded to the account specified in the return form.

If a refund to your card is not possible, we will send the money to your bank account.

The frame size refers to the horizontal width of the frame measured between the center of the left and the right hinge. Our frames come in one or multiple sizes.

How do I know the right size for me?

To find your correct frame size use a ruler to measure the hinge-to-hinge distance of a pair of glasses that you already own and that fits you well. Consider the tolerance range of +/- 4mm.

The unpacked packaging is cheaper, as it no longer contains the original seal, but for customers who are not concerned with an unpacked package, it is still an excellent choice at a lower price.
